Dr. Mark Poulin returns to ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida after practicing in the U.S. and Canada for over 25 years. He currently works in Montreal, Canada, where he is ranked as one of the top ENT specialists. He manages a busy adult ENT practice, and maintains his role as chief ENT consultant for the Cirque Du Soleil in Montreal, where he manages the hearing and vocal problems encountered by the singers and musicians performing in shows around the world.
Dr. Poulin’s prominent educational experience includes Bowdoin College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded a Surdna Fellowship Award. At the University of Vermont, he was awarded the Surgical Research Award for his workon angiogenesis, as well as his medical degree. He completed externships at Yale University, Stanford University and the University of Australia in Sydney. Dr. Poulin fulfilled his general surgery internship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at The Ohio State University. After finishing his training, Dr. Poulin moved to Boston with his wife, Carrie. There, he joined the academic staff in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at several teaching hospitals associated with Harvard University. While teaching, he co-authored many articles published in esteemed medical journals.
After numerous years in academic practice, Dr. Poulin and his family moved to his wife’s birthplace, Montreal.
Dr. Poulin joins Dr. Joshua Light in the Boynton Beach office. He brings with him an extensive knowledge base and experience that will greatly benefit all Floridians.
